TERMS OF USE-LEXI APP (CASE & LAW)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lexi App, operated by Case & Law (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Lexi App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Educational Use Only (No Legal Advice)
Lexi App provides legal learning content for educational purposes only.
The content is not legal advice and must not be relied upon as such.
Users are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where needed.
2. Accounts and Access
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate information when required, and
keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Premium Access
Some content and features may require a subscription (“Premium”).
Premium access may include:
locked quiz sets
premium case principles and content
premium PDF access (where applicable)
Premium access is valid only while your subscription is active and may be subject to trial limitations and platform requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access
copy, scrape, download, redistribute, or resell app content
share premium content or paid material with others
interfere with app functionality or security
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Lexi App (including quizzes, explanations, case summaries, principles, and materials) belongs to Case & Law or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may use the content only for personal and non-commercial educational use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Availability and Service Changes
We aim to keep the app available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or other operational reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case & Law is not liable for any losses or damages arising from:
your use of the app,
your reliance on app content,
app downtime or performance issues.
Use of the Lexi App is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
you violate these Terms, or
your use of the app creates security, legal, or operational risk.
You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
