This website is operated by Case & Law. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Case & Law. Case & Law website (caselawgh.com) and Lexi (Whatsapp Bot) are a product of Case & Law. Case & Law provides its customers with online legal information.

The Licenses granted by Case & Law terminate if you do not comply with these conditions of use.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, agents and/or employees, as the case may be, free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees related to your breach of these terms of use and user Agreement.

ACCOUNT

By using any Case & Law, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent to us that you have the legal authority to bind that entity. Case & Law reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then that part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other section listed in this document.

These Terms and Conditions of use shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Ghana.

PAYMENT AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Ghana Cedis. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the site to our users; however, errors are inevitable. E.g. the price of an item not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any subscription. If that package is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such subscription whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you already paid for the services.
