Upon signing up with Case & Law, we require that you establish a password-protected personal account for subscription to our services (“the Services”). When your personal account is being set up, we usually request contact and billing information (your name, your mobile phone number(s) as well as a valid email address.) We use this information to provide you with our Services and to contact you about the services in which you have expressed interest.

This Privacy Policy in addition to the Privacy Policy above explains how Case & Law (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you interact with our WhatsApp chatbot (“Lexi”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
